You are:
- Customer service-minded and naturally proactive

- Comfortable learning on the go and asking the right questions
- Looking to build a career in property with real progression
- A UK driving licence holder (essential)
You’ll be:
- Supporting a portfolio of approx. 60 HMO properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs, safety checks, and property improvements
- Managing compliance and ensuring legal standards are met
- Carrying out property inspections and tenancy changeovers
- Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
- Attending client meetings and developing trust-based partnerships

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
Flexible hours and working arrangements considered – let us know what you’re looking for!
Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 9am- 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £28-£30K
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
