Trainee Property Manager

You are: 

  • Customer service-minded and naturally proactive

  • Exceptionally organised and able to handle a varied workload 
  • Comfortable learning on the go and asking the right questions 
  • Looking to build a career in property with real progression 
  • A UK driving licence holder (essential) 

You’ll be: 

  • Supporting a portfolio of approx. 60 HMO properties 
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants 
  • Coordinating repairs, safety checks, and property improvements 
  • Managing compliance and ensuring legal standards are met 
  • Carrying out property inspections and tenancy changeovers 
  • Liaising with contractors and external suppliers 
  • Attending client meetings and developing trust-based partnerships

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Hours:  

Flexible hours and working arrangements considered – let us know what you’re looking for! 

Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 9am- 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm 

Salary: £28-£30K 

Additional pay: 

  • Bonus scheme 
  • Commission pay
