I have been working with Coapt for over a year now and work within the Property Management team and am mainly responsible for creating the initial tenancy guide and tenancy agreements. I complete all relevant paperwork that is needed before you start a tenancy and ensure that all applications are compliant with lettings regulations/legislation.
