Employee of the Month – January and February 2017

Congratulations Charlotte, you are our Employee of the month for January 2017!

You put a lot of planning and effort into making sure you were ready for the busy period in early January. You and your team dealt with new processes, huge amounts of traffic and still broke records for letting without the “Wheels coming flying off”

In directors 1-2-1’s its abundantly clear that your team know that you’ve got their back and would jump on a grenade or throw themselves under a bus for you.

You have the most consistent meetings in the office and you’ve been most patient with new members of staff helping them fit into the team seamlessly.

Thank you for your hard work, your astonishing memory and continued organisation.

Congratulations Jodi, you are our Employee of the month for February 2017!

You’ve had an excellent start to your employment at MTM, you’ve fitted in exceptionally well and are now a hugely valued member of our team!

You have consistently high call times and are happy to help anyone out. You have perhaps the most difficult seat in the office but never complain about being at the front.

You lead the way with bills included conversion which is such an important revenue stream for us.

Your attitude and work ethic are excellent, thank you for all your hard work.

~ MTM Directors
