Together we are a great team – Players Player staff awards 2016
20th December 2016
Every year at our staff Christmas party we collect votes from each member of staff to see who’s been the most valuable team player throughout the year. With such a tightly knit team it’s always close, but this year the award for player’s player and runner up went to two individuals who’ve had a standout year.
Winner of 2016 MTM Players Player – Gavin Kerruish, Property Manager
Gavin has had an outstanding year, he’s had to invest huge amounts of time in new members of staff, guiding them up to the MTM standards in such a short period of time. He’s really shown his maturity this year and has now been promoted to manager of the portfolio he looks after. Gavin has time for everyone, his colleagues, clients, tenants and contractors and will always stay late and go the extra mile to ensure he provides the best service possible. 2016 has clicked with Gavin, he’s getting it all right and has matured into a well-rounded businessman – well done Gavin we’re all proud of you.
Runner up of 2016 MTM Players Player – Adam Tovey – Sales and Lettings Manager
Adam has also really picked up his game this year. His industry knowledge and advice is excellent and he’s hit his sales targets all year. The sales desk has never been more vibrant and he’s really made the team gel. He has time for his delegates and ensures he makes himself available, approachable and helpful. Adam has improved in many ways this year and fully deserves to be runner up.
