Having worked for the company for 14 years and wearing many hats, I’ve gained a lot of insight in how to get the very best out of each department at Coapt. Working together we have cultivated a positive working environment filled with ideas, innovation and change, and as a result, we have built a very successful and unique property business. It’s the people who make Coapt what it is, and without their passion and determination to break the mould and deliver an excellent service, we wouldn’t be where we are today. I’m experienced and educated in business and finance, and my main focus is to install vision and harness staff engagement to take our business to the next level.
