Find where you belong
Welcome to Coapt. We’re Brightonian property agents specialising in student and professional lets. Our friendly and experienced team are experts at matching the right tenants to the right homes – helping you find where you belong in our city.
We get it.
Coapt is made up of people just like you. We’ve gathered Brighton and Sussex graduates with a love of what this city has to offer to form Brighton’s largest student letting agency. Our experiences as students means that we’ve been there; being new to Brighton, working things out, wondering what the difference is between Moulsecoomb and Hanover (an even bigger hill). We get what it feels like to finally find an awesome group of friends to live with, then have that mad dash of securing somewhere you can all live together. Oh – and the shock of Brighton property prices, we’ve been there too!
Now we’ve finished our studies and have Brighton coursing firmly through our veins, we’re here to guide you through your first forays into student life. We’ve tried out the best bars (and the worst), we’ve scoped the best late-night eats – and we know the time of the last bus home from Revenge by heart. But most importantly, we’ll lead you through the ins and outs of property searching and sign-up, helping you make Brighton feel like home.
We’ve got the creds.
On top of all that experience, we’re also qualified up to the eyeballs! Founded in 2004, Coapt is the largest student lettings agent in the city. And all our new members of staff undergo NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) recognised qualifications – meaning you get the best service and up-to-date, industry regulated advice.
Get in touch.
So now you know all about us, we’d love to find out a bit more about you and the kind of home you’re looking for. Feel free to pop into our offices and for a cuppa or give us a call.
