Now in my 11th year at Coapt, I've experienced a lot of change in the industry and our company. I am always striving for Coapt to evolve, being one step ahead and able to adapt to a changing market. By developing our internal processes, reviewing our performance, embracing technology, and searching for new service offerings; I am proud of our position as market leaders in student accommodation, residential lettings and buy-to-let investments. Alongside our external communications, I also play a vital role in our internal culture. I understand the importance of enjoying being at work and I'm an advocate for learning and personal development. I ensure the team are motivated, engaged, listened to, and most importantly, happy!
