    • In this instance it was favoured to minimise input and increase value in line with market growth. Maintaining the asset for efficient running but minimising net spend.
  • Strategic Sale:
    • In February 2024, they decided to sell.
    • We secured a successful sale at £440,000.
    • The rental yield at the time of sale stood at a commendable 8%.
    • Over the period of ownership, the initial investment was maintained with a sale £7,000 more than purchase price, but with £252,588 in gross rental profits over 7 years.
