At Coapt, we’re always evolving, growing, and welcoming fresh talent to our team. Today, we’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our sales department with the addition of two exceptional new sales consultants!

For some time, our dedicated sales lead, Adam, has been the driving force behind our sales success. Now, with two talented new team members joining him, we’re in an even stronger position to navigate the property market and help our clients find their perfect investments—whether that’s a dream family home or an exciting Buy-to-Let opportunity.

This marks an exciting new chapter for Coapt as we continue to expand our expertise and enhance our service. But don’t just take our word for it—here’s what Adam has to say about the growth of the team and what this means for Coapt’s future:

Since launching our dedicated sales team, around 3 years ago, we have received fantastic support and feedback from clients and have enjoyed bringing our market leading expertise from the Lettings industry into property Sales.

It is a bold move to expand into an already saturated market, with a large number of agencies already operating in property Sales in Brighton & Hove. However, having grown our standing over the past 20 years, to become the Cities largest and most successful Independent lettings agency, we are already enjoying great success in our new venture, and at a much quicker rate. Positioned as the only local agency specializing specifically in the sale, and sourcing, of investment properties, the team are culminating years of experience and dedication to the industry into another meaningful and effective service and support for clients.

I’m delighted to welcome Mat and Julian into the fold, knowing that they share the vision and passion I have for the team and our future. I’m excited to see them in action, and also the new ideas and development they will bring to the business with each of their vast experiences in a range of industries.
