Finance Assistant – Temporary

Join our hard-working, energetic and sociable Finance team! Coapt are a Brightonian property agency, specialising in student accommodation. We are here to guide tenants through the renting process; At the end of a tenancy, we understand a tenants’ priority is to get their deposit back as quickly as possible, so we’ve expanded our team and are looking for conscientious and thorough individuals to help the moving out process goes as smoothly as possible. With over 2500 tenants, there’s a lot to do! You’ll need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, whist maintaining high levels accuracy.
You’ll be:
- Comparing documents and keeping accurate records.
- Calculating and apportioning costs.
- Working to strict deadlines.
- Liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Processing deposit returns.
You are:
- Super organised with a great attention to detail
- Methodical in your approach to tasks
- A fast learner with the ability to use your initiative
- Friendly and enthusiastic
Important details
Full training will be provided.
Salary: £10.00 per hour + £250 end of season performance bonus!
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm
Start date: 18th July 2022
Fixed term temporary contract.
End date: Flexible between 30th September 2022 to 31st October.
