Property Manager

We are looking for a new Property Manager to join our energetic, dynamic and friendly team. If you’re passionate about customer care and have excellent attention to detail, you’ll fit right in.
You will be working in a team of property managers, each of you assigned a portfolio of properties to look after as if they were your own; nurturing them to ensure the landlord gets the best return on their investment, whilst looking after our tenants to make sure they are happy and comfortable in their homes.

You are:
- Experienced in property management (HMO experience is a bonus!)
- You’re naturally proactive- full of initiative, drive, and confidence. You take the lead, solve problems, and make smart decisions independently.
- Approachable, friendly, and customer-focused
- Exceptionally organised
- Able to juggle a busy and varied workload
- A confident communicator with great attention to detail
- A UK driving licence holder
You’ll be:
- Managing a portfolio of approx. 60 HMO properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Ensuring properties are legally compliant and safe
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property improvements
- Handling property compliance and safety certification
- Conducting property inspections and visits
- Organising tenancy changeovers
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and third-party partners
- Attending client meetings and building strong, long-term relationships

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
Flexible hours and working arrangements considered – let us know what you’re looking for!
Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 9am- 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £28-£34k DOE + commission
Additional pay:
