We’ve broken the mould of your standard letting agency, we focus on people; creating better relationships, less headaches, and happier lives. We are looking for a new account manager to join our energetic, dynamic and friendly team. If you’re passionate about customer care and have excellent attention to detail, you’ll fit right in.
You will be working in a team of account managers, each of you assigned a portfolio of properties to look after as if they were your own; nurturing them to ensure the landlord gets the best return on their investment whilst looking after our tenants to make sure they are happy and comfortable in their homes. There is a lot of legislation in the property industry, so we’ll train you up to ensure you are an expert, if you’re interested in property law it’s a great opportunity to understand the finer details of sales and lettings, ensuring you are acting in our landlords best interests and are always fully compliant.
Here at Coapt, we acknowledge the members of our team are our biggest asset. We reward staff for their successes and appreciate everyone individually.
