Summer temp – finance assistant

As specialists in student accommodation, the summer months are extremely busy and there are a lot of deposits to return. We are looking for conscientious and thorough individuals to join our hard-working, energetic and sociable finance team.
You are:
- Super organised with a great attention to detail
- Methodical in your approach to tasks
- A fast learner with the ability to use your initiative
- Friendly and enthusiastic
You’ll be:
- Comparing documents and keeping accurate records.
- Calculating and apportioning costs.
- Working to strict deadlines.
- Liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Processing deposit returns.
Full training will be provided.
Important details
Salary: £8.50 per hour
Hours: Full time – 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday
Fixed term contract: 19th July – 30th September 2021
