Lettings Negotiator

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator who’s ready to dive into the world of property and make a real impact. 

This is the perfect role if you’re looking to build a career in lettings, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be matching students with their ideal homes, guiding them through the rental process, and learning the ropes from a team who really knows their stuff.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for applicants 
  • Learning how to match people with the right properties 
  • Booking and attending viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism 
  • Helping to create clear and appealing property listings 
  • Supporting applicants and landlords throughout the lettings journey 
  • Learning to negotiate offers and build your confidence in deal-making 
  • Keeping systems updated and staying on top of admin 
  • Gaining valuable property knowledge from experienced team members 
  • Being an all-round team player and getting stuck in wherever needed 

What we’re looking for: 

  • A genuine interest in property – previous industry experience is a bonus 
  • A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner 
  • Super organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle tasks with ease 
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and full of ideas 
  • Tenacious and motivated by results, with a strong drive to succeed 
  • Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within the role 
  • A true team player who thrives in a busy, buzzing environment 
  • Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude 
  • Any previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus – but not essential

The Details: 

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 
  • Salary: £27,000 basic  
  • Additional Pay: Bonuses & performance-related commission 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm), one evening session, & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm) 
  • Location: In-person, Brighton 
  • Requirement: Valid UK Driving Licence
