Viewing agent – 6 month contract

If you thrive in a fast paced, friendly environment, this is the job for you! As the largest independent letting agency in Brighton, specialising in student properties, we are inundated with enquiries after we release the earlybird list in November and our diary is already super busy! We’re expanding out team to enable us to conduct more viewings than ever before. We’ll train you up to conduct viewings, being that friendly face to answer applicants questions and guide them through the process of finding their new home.
You are:
Friendly and enthusiastic
Super organised
Hard working and results driven
You’ll be:
Matching applicants to the right properties
Organising your diary
Conducting viewings
Gaining feedback and negotiating between applicants and landlords
Answering queries and supporting tenants through the application process.
Important details:
Salary £10.00 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses!
Hours: Open to Part-time and Full time – 40 hours per week including some Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week.
Fixed term contract: Immediate start date – 30th April (dates can be flexible)
Driving licence essential.
Own car preferable.
