Employee of the month – September

Jon is employee of the month for September, he has impressed us all from the start of his employment and this has continued through our very busy summer period.
Jon’s attitude and patience has been exceptional and he has continued to develop his skills and learn how our company operates. He’s developed processes and worked on areas for improvement. He has had a new team to manage, a team who has been very busy over the summer months and we’ve noticed Jon has been a fantastic positive influence on their attitude and organisation.
Thank you Jon! You work very hard and although you come up against challenges you keep calm and carry on! Keep it up!
