End of year roundup
19th December 2025
As we reach the end of the year it feels like the perfect moment for the obligatory ‘look back on everything we have achieved together’.
It has been a year of learning, adapting and building momentum. One of our main focuses has been getting fully up to speed with the Renters Rights Act. Our team has worked hard to understand the detail of the legislation and we have tailored our management processes and tenancy contracts so that we not only comply in full but also continue to secure strong outcomes for our landlords and their investments. We’re proud of how the team are quickly adapting to these changes and keeping their finger on the pulse.
This year has also seen our team grow. Our accommodation advisors and viewing agents have been outstanding. The level of enquiries since we went live at the start of November has been remarkable and the team has managed every call and appointment with professionalism and energy! Their efforts have resulted in more than 1,200 viewings in this short period. We are proud to say that we have let more properties than our closest competitors this year by a margin of more than 50 houses at the time of writing.
Two of the most special additions to the wider team came in the form of new babies for Rachel, our Head of Property Management, and Emma, our Operations Director. Rachel has already returned and has been welcomed back with open arms. We look forward to having Emma back in the new year and we like to say we’ll make property moguls out of their new additions to the family yet!
It has been a year filled with progress and positive change. Thank you to all our landlords, tenants and partners for your continued support. We end the year with real optimism and we cannot wait to see what the new year brings.
“Just to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It’s been an interesting one and we can’t thank our landlords and partners enough for all the support and work you’ve put in this year. Team morale couldn’t be higher with this rental season already taking off in such a positive way and we’re all looking ahead to what will be a fantastic year.” Stuart Ray, Managing Director
