The renting season has begun!

It’s our favourite time of year, our office is a hive of activity and we are fully focused on what we do best; matching tenants to the right property and helping them find their new homes.

Our first properties have gone live, we are already receiving enquiries and our diary is filling up. We’ve expanded our team with new permanent positions dedicated to securing new tenants for our landlords. We’ve increased our viewing capacity and can now accommodate more viewings than ever before! To keep our listings at the top we are staggering our release and have a secret strategy to ensure our properties get maximum exposure.

As the number one agent listed on Rightmove for properties let agreed in Brighton and Hove for the last renting season, we are making sure we hold our top spot for another year running! We’ve got lots of exciting things planned this season to keep our ever growing database of applicants engaged and in the loop with exclusive offers, open houses, special events and social media campaigns.

The 3D tours captured this summer are looking great, enabling applicants to view your property from the comfort of their sofa. We’ve made a few changes to our website, ensuring it is fully mobile optimised and easy for students to search online.

We are super excited to help students find their perfect pad, and can’t wait to let all our landlords know we have found tenants for the next academic year.
