Superb, fully furnished three bedroom Penthouse located on the top of Brighton Hilton Hotel on Brighton's famous seafront.

The property sits on top of the Hilton Hotel with sweeping sea views over Brighton seafront, you can access the penthouse through the main doors of the hotel and also through a residents entrance to the side of the hotel. The lounge has a large corner sofa and other contemporary furniture which includes a dining table with seating for six people, perfect for entertaining. A doorway takes you through to the contemporary vintage-style bathroom complete with roll top bath and vintage fixtures. There is one large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and storage which also benefits from a small rear balcony with a sweeping view of the City. The final bedroom is a good sized double with contemporary furniture and further views of the City.

The property further benefits from having the cost of water and heating for the towel rails included, there is also refuse collection from a service hatch at the front of the property. Tenants can further benefit from a laundry service run by the hotel.
