Coming from a film and television production background, I have great communication and coordination skills and excel in people management. My duties at Coapt consist of managing maintenance enquiries and assisting landlords and tenants alike by ensuring their homes are kept to a high standard, adherent to council regulations. I liaise with landlords, contractors and tenants to arrange and oversee any improvement works and repairs speedily and smoothly, providing a high level of personable service.
