Having over 10 years of estate agency experience, I have a depth of knowledge of how to best support a client throughout a sale transaction. Once a property is sold STC, I am responsible to liaise with both the buyer and vendor, together with their solicitors, mortgage brokers, and lenders on occasion. As many sales have chain involvement, my role is pivotal to the success of a sale and insuring there are no hiccups along the way.
