As a Property Manager at Coapt, I’m here to provide our students with a seamless and positive renting experience in Brighton! I oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties in our portfolio- this includes managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Before joining Coapt last year, I worked as an Operations Manager in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. My career also includes experience in supported accommodation and retail management, where I developed my operational and customer service skills that I'm loving putting to such good use here!
