We’re Coapt – Brighton’s largest independent student letting agency and every year, our inbox is buzzing with students looking for their next home. We’re expanding our team so we can show more properties, meet more people, and help even more students find the right place.
You’ll get full training to match applicants to properties and carry out viewings- becoming a friendly, familiar face that helps guide them through the whole process.
Whether you’re keen to build a long-term career in property or just looking to gain experience in a fast-moving industry, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll be:
- Handling enquiries
- Matching applicants to the right properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Organising your diary
- Getting feedback and negotiating between applicants and landlords
- Supporting tenants through the application process

The important stuff:
- Pay: £12.25 per hour + bonuses, commission and performance-related pay
- Contract: Fixed term (until April 2026), with potential for the right person to stay on permanently
- Hours: Full-time
- Office hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am–4pm
- You’ll need: a full UK driving licence
