You are:

• Professional, friendly and approachable
• Highly experienced in sales, with a proven track record.
• Able to positively engage, negotiate and close deals.
• Innovative, with your own ideas to maximise sales opportunities
• Organised, efficient and career driven
• Experienced in the property industry or have a strong active interest in the Brighton property market.

You’ll be:

• Establishing and cultivating positive client relationships
• Working closely with the marketing department to ensure regular effective marketing campaigns
• Conducting regular self-generated Sales and Lettings valuations and client meetings
• Using your sales experience and industry knowledge to help develop less experienced members of your team
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation skills
• Ensuring the marketing of your own portfolio is kept to a professionally presented standard
• Developing business processes and streamlining procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on the productivity and success of your team
• Earning industry-recognised qualifications

Important details

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Basic

Quarterly management bonus: c£2,000pa

Uncapped accumulative sales commission

Car allowance: £2,400pa

OTE: c£42,000pa in first year

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm Between 1st August and 30th September –  Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Essential: Full, clean drivers licence
