Property Maintenance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our energetic Brighton team. If you have office experience, are organised, logical, and proactive, this could be the perfect role for you. 

You’ll coordinate maintenance, acting as the key link between tenants, landlords, and contractors to keep everything running smoothly. 

This is a fixed-term role starting mid-June (approx. 3–4 months depending on start date), with some Saturday availability required. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Some previous office or admin experience 
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal) 
  • A natural problem solver with a practical mindset 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn 
  • Customer-focused and friendly 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Supporting the management of maintenance requests 
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors 
  • Logging and tracking jobs through to completion 
  • Assisting with quotes and invoices 
  • Helping ensure a smooth and high-quality service

The Details: 

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 
  • Salary: £28,500 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm) & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm) 
  • Location: In-person, Brighton 
  • Requirement: Valid UK Driving Licence
