Property Manager

At Coapt, we do things differently. We support our landlords with reliable, attentive management while ensuring tenants enjoy comfortable, well-managed homes. We’re looking for a Property Manager who thrives on responsibility, is organised, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing a job well.
You’ll manage your own portfolio of properties alongside a team of experienced property managers, balancing landlord expectations with tenant satisfaction. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every property under your care performs at its best.

You are:
- Experienced in property management (HMO experience is a bonus!)
- You’re naturally proactive- full of initiative, drive, and confidence. You take the lead, solve problems, and make smart decisions independently.
- Approachable, friendly, and customer-focused
- Exceptionally organised
- Able to juggle a busy and varied workload
- A confident communicator with great attention to detail
- A UK driving licence holder
You’ll be:
- Managing a portfolio of approx. 60 HMO properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Ensuring properties are legally compliant and safe
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property improvements
- Handling property compliance and safety certification
- Conducting property inspections and visits
- Organising tenancy changeovers
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and third-party partners
- Attending client meetings and building strong, long-term relationships

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am- 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: £30-£34k DOE + commission
