Sales Administrator

Are you driven and full of energy to succeed? As part of our business generation team you’ll be identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships and matching our services to the clients needs. As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be using software to generate new leads, introduce our services and booking market appraisal appointments. You’ll play an important role in the client onboarding process, ensuing all documents are in order and the client fully understands the next steps in the journey. Here at Coapt we take pride in our market knowledge, sharing our insights with clients to ensure the get the best possible return on their investment. We’ll provide full training to so you are an expert in advising clients on the current market, and ensuring their property is positioned correctly to achieve their goals.

You are:

You’ll be:

  • Establishing and cultivating positive client relationships
  • Booking market appraisals and client meetings on behalf of Business Development Consultants
  • Meeting and exceeding targets
  • Completing administrative duties and keeping accurate records
  • Sending letters and mailers
  • Identifying online opportunities

Important details

Salary: £21k – £23k Basic + benefits + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm
Between 1st August and 30th September – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Essential: Full, clean drivers licence
