We are looking for outgoing, confident and organised people to join our energetic team as Lettings Negotiators. Customer service is of high importance here at Coapt and as a Lettings Negotiator you will be assigned a portfolio of properties to look after as if they were your own; nurturing them to ensure the landlord gets the best return on their investment whilst looking after our tenants to make sure they are happy and comfortable in their homes.

As a seasonal business, your role will adapt throughout the year; during our renting season you’ll be dealing with tenant enquiries, matching tenants to properties and booking viewings, we’ll train you up so your an expert in matching tenants to the right home. You’ll be based in our busy office answering incoming calls and emails, helping students find their perfect pad. Managing the diaries of our viewing agents and gaining feedback after the appointment to pass on to landlords. Over the busy summer months you’ll be out and about, project managing, getting your properties ready for the new tenants, liaising with landlords and contractors booking in works and ensuring our houses are top quality.

Receiving and managing enquires
Matching applicants to the right properties
Booking viewings and organising the diary
Gaining feedback and negotiating between applicants and landlords
Getting properties ready for the new tenancies
Project managing and liaising with third party contractors
Providing tenants and landlords with high levels of service
Conducting property inspections
Important details:
Salary £21,000 per annum + annual 5% performance related bonus. Plus commission, bonuses and incentives!
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm
Between 1st August and 30th September – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Essential: Full, clean drivers licence
Holiday: 20 days holiday with an additional day per year of service (capped at 25).
