Summer temp – property presentation agent

We are looking for a skilled photographer to fill the role of property presentation agent during the summer months. The summer is our busiest time here at Coapt and we are excited to create this new role to make sure all our properties are up to our high standards ready for happy tenants to move in. Our properties will have just been cleaned, had the garden cut back and any refurbishments will have been completed, so our properties will be looking their best; ready for you to grab your camera and snap them while they’re sparkling and new!
You are:
- Creative and have an eye for detail
- Organised and hardworking
- Happy to work on your own initiative
- A great communicator
You’ll be:
- Quality checking all of our properties
- Reporting to the team anything that needs action
- Taking marketing photos
- Editing and touching up photos where necessary
Important details:
Salary: £7.70 – £8.50ph DOE
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week
Essential: Driving licence and own car
Preferable: Own photography equipment
Start date: Flexible start date in to cover our busy summer period from July – September
