Brrr… It’s freezing!
29th November 2018
When temperatures drop below 0°c there is a risk pipes may freeze and burst. To avoid this please make sure you are using your heating as above, even when you are not at home and overnight.
If you have an outside tap, its a good idea to wrap it in an old towel to avoid it splitting.
If a leak occurs outside of office hours please turn off your water from your stop valve.
Click here to find and turn off the stop valve
If the problem can wait until the office reopens we will deal with it as a matter of urgency on our return. If it is an emergency that may cause harm to the tenants or damage to the property if left unattended you will need to source your own emergency contractor to attend out of office hours.
