Employee Of The Month – February

We kick off our March with our February Employee Of The Month which goes to none other than one of our maintenance coordinators, Erin!
Erin has had an exceptional month, being the first point of contact for many callers due to her remarkably quick phone handling skills and always acts with the upmost of professionalism. Her calming tones could soothe the liveliest of beasts and her work rate is second to none.
Jon Shoebridge, our maintenance manager, described Erin as ‘consistently going above and beyond for the maintenance department and always offers to help her colleagues when dealing with time sensitive tasks. She only joined Coapt in October and has already demonstrated a fantastic work ethic, showing real care for our tenants and landlords alike.’
Well done Erin, really well deserved!
