End of HMO Additional Licensing from February 2023 – Webinar

From February 28th 2023, the current Additional HMO Licensing Scheme will end. Brighton and Hove City Council are currently conducting a feasibility study to evaluate whether a further licensing scheme is necessary, and it may be that a new system will be in place later down the line. As a result, Coapt are delighted to invite you to our first webinar of the new year, discussing how this change in licensing will affect you and your investments.
