The renting season has begun
7th November 2022

It’s our favourite time of year, the renting season!
Zoe, who many of you will already know, in her new promoted position of Lettings Manager, is in her element! She’s at the helm of our lettings team, which is bigger than ever! Alongside a small army of viewing agents, the new permanent positions we created last year are now advocates for our landlord’s properties, having been involved in the property turnarounds, getting to know them inside out. There’s healthy competition between the team, with agents wanting the best conversion rates and to let the most properties! Our office is a hive of activity and we are fully focused on finding fantastic tenants for every home.
After an exclusive sneak peak of properties sent to applicants registered on our Earlybird list, our first properties have gone live to the masses. We are already receiving hundreds of enquiries and our diary is filling up and we’ve already let agreed multiple properties! To keep our listings at the top we are staggering our release and have a secret strategy to ensure our properties get maximum exposure.
As the number one agent listed on Rightmove for properties let agreed in Brighton and Hove for the last renting season, (and in years gone by) we are making sure we hold our top spot for another year running! We’ve got lots of exciting things planned this season to keep our ever growing database of applicants engaged and in the loop with exclusive offers, open houses, special events and social media campaigns.
We are super excited to help students find their perfect pad, and can’t wait to let all our landlords know we have found tenants for the next academic year.
