Maintenance co-ordinator

We love living in Brighton and we want our tenants to love living here too. Over time all of our properties need a bit of TLC, so we need your help to keep them up to scratch. With a growing portfolio of over 500 properties there’s a lot to manage. You’ll be joining a hard-working, energetic team to ensure our tenants and landlords are happy at all times.
You are:
Extremely organised and efficient
Friendly, enthusiastic and assertive
A natural problem solver and practically minded
Detail-oriented and able to prioritise to meet deadlines
Experienced in positive customer engagement
Proactive and results driven
Knowledgeable in maintenance and building works
You’ll be:
Managing maintenance requests daily, from start to finish
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure the best possible service
Screening contractor quotes and invoices
Visiting properties and overseeing works
Identifying and proposing property improvements to landlords
Facilitating improvement works
Important details:
Salary: OTE £20 – £23k (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm
Between 1st August and 30th September – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Essential: Driving licence.
