Emma’s Story
Emma started at Coapt in 2012 as a receptionist, cut to 2026 and she’s our Operations Director! One thing we value here at Coapt is hidden talent. Demonstrating a passion and knack for marketing Emma became Coapt’s Brand Manager before working her way to Operations Director.

Now in my 14th year at Coapt, I’ve experienced a lot of change in the industry and our company. I am always striving for Coapt to evolve, being one step ahead and able to adapt to a changing market. Alongside our external communications, I also play a vital role in our internal culture. I understand the importance of enjoying being at work and I’m an advocate for learning and personal development. I ensure the team are motivated, engaged, listened to, and most importantly, happy!

“I’ve been here since October 2024, 2 years of lettings and learning as a viewing agent whilst balancing the student-social-study life.
“I’ve worked through 2 renting seasons now and my role has been to let houses, establish relationships with students and working professionals, negotiate and make clients’ lives more comfortable.
