Employee of the month – December

Congrats to AJ, employee of the month for December!

We dramatically expanded the lettings team in November to ensure we were prepared for demand during renting season. For AJ, this meant planning and delivering a huge amount of training alongside his normal workload. AJ delivers information in a clear and concise way, he is thorough, following and implementing processes. He is approachable and always has time to answer questions with a smile on his face. Working alongside Jodi, our Sales and Lettings Manager, we are watching them both thrive, sharing knowledge, ideas and creating a strong team around them.

AJ is motivated and is currently achieving, and exceeding many of his targets and objectives.

AJ’s work ethnic is applaudable, he has been working late and outside of office hours to ensure he is still delivering a great service whilst juggling extra work load. He even came in on a bank holiday to meet a client at their request, ensuring the sale of a property is progressing smoothly! Thank you AJ, we appreciate your hard work!
