Get active, get happy!

Lockdown was starting to make us feel a little low, until Jack stepped in! The team are getting active together every week with virtual sessions from Jack Miller Fitness Studio and we couldn’t recommend it enough!

Hi, thanks for reading my short message!

My name is Jack from Jack Miller Fitness Studio – which is on Third Avenue in Hove. Recently we have been partnering with local businesses in Brighton and Hove to help their staff get fit and feel better in these tough times. Our online part of the business is growing.  All initial sessions are free, so that you can try us out, to see if we are right for you.

If you’re happy to get back in touch with me I’d like to tell you more about how our following online training programmes works. Here’s a quick summary of what we do:

1. Online group HIIT classes, where no equipment is needed
2. Jack In The Box – where we deliver training equipment to your home and pick it up later – so you can do a personal 1-2-1 training session online
3. Outdoor personal 1-2-1 training

I’m also really keen to get feedback from you about of our online products, including some questions I have about whether you think local businesses would be attracted to staff discount packages which we offer – and which we’d be happy to work with you on to build something specific for you and your company. And as a way of saying thank for your time I’d really like to offer you some free training, so we can discuss that too. In fact, I’m looking for more people to trial Jack In The Box, so it would really help me out if you would consider doing this as well.
