It’s that time of year again….

No not Christmas, it’s the Student Letting season again and with demand still high for student accommodation across the city and market rent increases looking to be around 5%, we are now proposing 2018/19 rents for all our student properties. We are looking to commence marketing from early December and start conducting viewings from the start of January.

Being the biggest student letting agent in Brighton and Hove, we are expecting the first few months of the year to be incredibly busy due to the high demand we saw this year. Year on year, savvy students have been searching for houses earlier, with the houses in the best condition being snapped up extremely quickly. Now is the time for our current and prospective landlords to start thinking about renovations and redecorations to get the most out of their investment and attract the best tenants.

If you want any advice when it comes to student properties or are looking for an agent to help you achieve the most out of your investment please call our Lettings team on 01273 645797.
