The National Landlord Investment Show is retunring to Brighton Racecourse on the 13th of September 2017. The East Sussex stop on the UKs leading property investment exhibition is just one of 11 shows nationwide displaying a vast range of information and guidance for investment landlords, no matter how big or small. If you’re looking to become a landlord or if you are looking to add to your already established property portfolio it’s worth a visit.

With over 40 shows to date the National Landlord Investment Show is becoming a must for landlords who are looking to grow and get the most out of their investments offering a range of other options on how to increase your portfolios through clever management. They estimate that their visitors own on average between 10 and 16 properties! The show offers ‘unparalleled advice’ by experienced professionals and leading suppliers to enable landlords to get the very best from their investments.

The shows attract 25,000 people yearly of which 77% of them are already landlords. This gives the opportunity to network and share experiences as well gaining more knowledge from a wide range of seminars, including My Deposits, the Southern Landlords Association and Royal Bank of Scotland. All of the seminars are aimed specifically at landlords and also those who are looking to expand further in the Buy-to-Let sector. The show aims to equip landlords and investors with all the tools they may need when navigating a legislatoin rich and competitive industry.

MTM are proud to annouce we will be attending the event this year and will have a stand at the show to offer a friendly face for any queries, questions and advice regarding your current properties or potential investments in the future.
