New year, new direction!

With the departure of Leon as Managing Director we wanted to let you know you’re still in safe hands!
Congratulations to Stuart and Emma on their promotions!

Both Stuart and Emma have been instrumental in our business development and success to date. They know the in’s and outs of the company and are focused on our customer experience, ensuring we are efficient and the market leader in student accommodation, residential lettings and buy-to-let investments.

Stuart has worked for Coapt since 2009 and has been at the helm as our trusty Finance Director for many years. In his new position as Managing Director, Stuart is looking forward to overcoming any challenges the world may throw at the property industry. He has a wealth of knowledge to share with the team and is a fantastic leader.

Emma has been with us for nearly 10 years and as our Brand Manager she has been involved in many areas of the business. Being logical and creative, Emma is very excited to get her teeth stuck into her new role as Operations Director and help the company evolve; embracing technology and staying one step ahead of the competition.

Supported by a strong team of managers and dedicated staff, we have unrivaled experience and we are all excited about the future!
