Did you know we have a FAQ’s section on our website?

We know renting can be confusing, especially if it’s your first time, so we’ve got a dedicated section of our website to answer all your questions. Just click the FAQ’s tab in the top tool bar.

It’s broken down into sections, covering looking for a property, to completing your paperwork and the moving in and out process. There’s even a section just for guarantors!

Covid-19 has raised even more questions around renting and your responsibilities. If you have any concerns have a look around; we’ve created a dedicated Covid-19 section so all the info you might need is clear, concise and in one place. As we move into the ‘new normal’ we’ll be adding content regularly to keep you up to date. We’re making lots of changes and we’ll publish it here. Viewings will be different moving forward and we’ll have to change our procedure to ensure everyone is kept safe and we abide by government guidelines and social distancing.

If you’ve got a question that you think other tenants would find useful please let us know!
