Busy Bees: Kicking Off the New Rental Season at Coapt

As we head into the new rental season, the Coapt team has been buzzing with activity; meeting students, connecting with universities, and gearing up for another great year ahead!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working closely with our partners at BIMM and WaterBear music universities, attending their open and applicant days to help students (and their parents) find the perfect place to call home. It’s been a brilliant opportunity to meet future tenants face-to-face and share what makes renting with Coapt so easy.

We also had a fantastic time at the University of Brighton Freshers’ Fair, chatting with both current tenants and new students just starting their Brighton adventure. We’re thrilled to have added nearly 1,000 new contacts to our database; all ready to receive our Early Bird list and hear from our accommodation advisors.

And speaking of the Early Bird list… we’re live! Our early-bird campaign has gone out, and the response has been amazing. It’s shaping up to be an exciting season!
